Very very good!!! I would definitely make it again. The receipe made way more stuffing than needed but other than that there are no complaints on this recipe!!

Very easy to prepare. Comes out looking like something a restaurant would serve you for $15-$20 a piece. My wife and I loved this recipe!

my husband said this is a keeper! We really enjoyed it and so easy! I also seasoned the chicken breasts before I prepared it. Thanks

I loved this recipe!! If I could make this meal every day i would. The only thing I added was seasoning to the chicken with a little salt and pepper before i stuffed them.

This was really good! I also made it ahead of time and just popped it in the oven when we were ready. I had a lot of leftover stuffing/broccoli mix. I may not have pounded my chicken flat enough but it was still great.

This was amazing. Sooooo Easy. I made it in the morning because I knew I would not have time to make a propper dinner before we had to head out to all our activities. I warmed it up and we had an amazing dinner and we were at the kids classes on time. I will make this again.

Simply put, this dinner was AWESOME! It did require more prep time than was stated on the recipe, but it was worth it. I chopped the broccoli up in very small, almost minced, pieces and my two young children ate it without knowing they were eating the one vegetable they hate the most. And, the presentation was so beautiful, we thought we were eating in a restaurant. Definitely give it a try. It re-heats well also.

i added peas and mozzarella cheese to the recipe. i also tried it using boneless pork loin chops, which turned out wonderfully. i made it for my mom and she thought i bought it- she couldn't believe i had made it myself! this is definetly going in my permanent recipe file.
