This is a yummy recipe. It does have a strong cream cheese taste & consistency. Too much for me. Next time I will use less cream cheese & probably a little more cool whip. Coarsely chopping the oreos was pretty easy but chopping & then blending for the crust took more time than I have. Next time I'll just buy the oreo pie crust for a shortcut. Also the filling recipe makes so much that it would probably make 2 pies.

This cheesecake was so easy to make and a huge success for the company potluck. It is always a chore to chop the oreos without a blender/food processor, but it so worth it.

This was a really easy cheesecake to make! A couple of things: I really didn't see a need for the pan to be lined with foil since I was using a glass pan, but hey... it makes cleanup easier! The cream cheese is a little strong, so you could add more sugar, or add a little more cool whip. I wouldn't recommend beating the cool whip and the oreos with an electric mixer. I hand mixed mine in and it was very creamy with chunks of oreos :) I used mint oreos. Will be making again!

I made this for my dad for father's day and it was a big hit! he usually prefers store-bought desserts to home-made, but he loved this. It was very tasty - the only thing was that the cream cheese taste was a little strong (i used splenda instead of sugar, which is usually a lot sweeter so i didn't use as much as called for - next time i'll use the full amount), and the cheesecake separated and fell off the crust when I served it. it was still yummy & i'll try it again, maybe with the mint oreos!!

This recipe is good and easy to make. I use mini oreos for the filling it is easier than chopping the oreos, plus then you get a whole oreo in the bite and not just a little bit

at the time I needed a dessert I did not have the cream cheese, but did have the oreos. I used vanilla instant pudding mix, using extra putting mix for more thickening. It was very good.

This cheesecake taste great! I don't like chopping or crushing the Oreo's but the end result is very much worth the effort. I have made it a few times over the past year and my family loves it.
