i agree, too much cream cheese taste. next time i will either sub one pkg for more cool whip, or add more sugar. maybe both. it was very easy to make though, i will give it one more shot!

When I make this dessert again I will not line the pan with foil. When I cut the cake the foil ripped and several people got foil on the bottom of their piece of cheesecake.

I have made this twice and both times, there was nothing left. I made only half the recipe each time and it still came out delicious. I plan on making it again this weekend for my granddaughter's christening. YUMMY!!!

It was ok, but it had too much cream cheese and too little flavor.

I made this cheesecake for a small "get-together" and it was hardly eaten. So, I took it to work and I was told that it was as good as cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory.

I initially made this cheesecake because it looked simple and didn't call for to many ingredients. But I also made this for my boyfriend's children, seeing that I don't know ONE child that doesn't like oreos!! How can you go wrong with oreos?? And they loved it!!!... But later on me and my boyfriend found ourselves sneaking back into the kitchen after all the kids were asleep and going back for seconds ourselves!!! It was so good!!

I would make this recipe again but I would add some more sugar to the cream cheese mixture so it doesn't taste like just cream cheese. I added an extra 1/4 cup melted butter to the crust.
