Rocky Road No-Bake Cheesecake

Rocky Road No-Bake Cheesecake recipe
Sorry, ice cream—rocky road has a whole new gig. Dense cheesecake is studded with marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate for a no-bake way to love this amazing trifecta.

okay. now this was good, but it was basicaly just a cheesecake. there really was no other flavor. ive made it twice, thinkin maybe itd be better the second time. it is good, but might as well just make a regular cheesecake. definetely NOT like rocky road at all.

Extreme cream cheese taste... had no other flavor to it... had to add whole jar of fudge topping to make it decent (still wouldn't EVER make again)

I made this recipe, and my family and friends loved it. I substituted slivered almonds for the chopped peanuts, since 'real' rocky road has almonds in it, and it turned out great!

I made this with slivered almonds instead of the peanuts and used 2 squares of melted chocolate. Be careful not to burn the chocolate when you're melting it! I really like this because it's not too sweet.

the cake came out perfect and I would make it again. I made mine with fat-free cream cheese, unsweetened bakers chocolate, dry roasted peanuts, 1/4 cup of sugar, fat-free milk, lite cool whip, and low fat oreo cookies for the crust

I love cheesecake, but I was wasn't sure how I would like this... it seemed too easy to be true. It was one of the best cheesecakes I have EVER ate!!! GREAT RECIPE!!!!!!!

i made a mutant-hybrid out of this recipe based on what i had on hand. used a regular graham cracker crust, no peanuts, no marshmallows (i forgot to put them in), and mixed mini-reeses pieces and the chocolate pieces in with the cheesecake mixture. i thought it was really good, but my roommate disagreed (i do admit that it didn't look very appetizing). the cheesecake part is really tasty though, and i'd like to try it with the proper ingredients added.
