I made this recipe for dinner today and we really enjoyed it, even my 1 year old loved it and was saying "mmmm" and doing his happy dance in his high chair. I added at least half a cup of Italian dressing though to my chicken breasts and cooked the spinach last using the same pan to get the drippings on it for added flavor. I will definitely be making this again. Oh, we served it with a hot green bean salad, rice, and dinner rolls.

mmm-this was good. I cooked the spinach too long, but it turned out okay anyway.

I found that the italian dressing cooked off in the skillet fairly quickly, so I had to add more. I didn't use the spinach, and it was still yummy!

Made this using turkey ham from the deli, and sliced swiss. Was very good. My 6 yr old gobbled up while the almost 4 yr old wasnt a huge fan, and my husband and I enjoyed it very much. Cooked the chicken until almost done then put it under the broiler to give it that browned look, then added the ham and cheese. served with rice and extra spinach. Will certainly make again.

My husband loved it! I was a bit skeptical about how it would go over with him but, he loved it. So did I. I will be making this again.

I enjoyed this recipe. I like baking chicken, so I marinated it in the dressing, topped with the ham and baked at 350' for 35 minutes. I added the cheese the last 10 minutes. I cooked the spinach in a pan with dressing and put it all together. My husband scored it a 9!

Be careful not to cook the spinach too much on this one.

Very delicious, almost like something you would get if you were eating out. We actually cooked the chicken on the grill instead and it turned out fabulous!
