I made these for a co-workers birthday and they were wonderful. Everyone thought I had spent a lot of time in the kitchen & that I was very creative. I will definately make these again.

I agree with one reviewer. I didn't like these too much. It may have been due to buying a generic cake mix and it tasted processed. The only thing I liked was the chocolate. My five yr. old loved them so maybe they are great with kids. If I make them again I'll try a different mix.

AWESOME! Very easy and they look like a piece of art when done. I made these for work once and now they are requested for every potluck. If only they knew how easy they are to make... I'll never tell. ;)

I first made this recipe to be sold at a fundraiser. I don't know how much these minis sold for, but I was told that they were the first to be sold out!!! They were also great for a 4th of July barbecue I was invited to-especially for the kids-easy to handle; but the adults loved them as well.

I thought it was so basic, anyone could have thought of it. I just made a yellow cake mix, added whip cream to pudding and made my own chocolate frosting recipe. Big drawback for me was the mess, I wouldn't want to serve them for company because the top wants to slide off when you put pudding in middle. Taste good though.

I made these for a party & they were a big hit. I made a few different variations. I used brownie mix for one & filled some with vanilla & some with vanilla w/ oreo cookie crumbs. I filled some vanilla cupcakes with chocolate cream & some with vanilla. You can add all sorts of stuff...marashino cherries into the brownies, different extracts into the cream or even different pudding flavors...or add to the vanilla (i.e. peanut butter, cookie crumbs, chocolate chips, etc.) This is one of those fun ones that you can get creative with because it is sure to be a winner.
