One batch can make about 50 with mini pans, everyone absolutely loves them.

As long as you refrigerate the cupcakes after making them, they will be fine.

Followed the recipe! Delicious! I'm not normally the dessert-maker in the family, but this turned out perfectly, and they said that I could make it again!

These were good, but I think they would be better with more filling in the middle and more chocolate on the top.

I made this recipe, however, I substituted heavy cream whipped in place of the whipped topping. I made them in a mini cupcake pan. They were a little messy to handle but oohhhh were they delicious and gone in minutes.

Am bringing to party today. I thought I could pipe filling in cupcakes but unless I was doing something wrong it was messy or I decided to cut tops & put filling inbetween. It worked out better. I would make again with chocolate cakes & other flavor filling.
