We loved this as a side to a parmesan chicken dish. So easy but looked rathe snazzy. I toasted the whole thing so the cheese melted a bit.

Pretty good recipe, not the best I've had but it was easy. Made it with fresh basil and tomatos from the garden so it was supper fresh and yummy.

Very Good , But you might as well plan to double this one unless your making it just for yourself. I added some cream cheese after I toasted the bread then topped with the mixture and added a few green onions. my family loved it. I'll be making this again real soon.
