Awesome! I made this as the appetizer to Steak and Fries for my boyfriend and had it on the table when he got home from work. After toasting the bread in the oven, I put the tomato mixture ontop and toasted it for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese. I left out the basil due to cost and it still tasted great. Next time I make it, I think I will leave out the parmesan cheese and double the mozerella since the parmesan seems to get lost in the other flavors. Overall, a good solid quick recipe.!
