This is a great appetizer. Easy to make & everyone loves it. I make this about once a week.

Excellent! Don't cut the bread too thick, it makes it hard to bite into. I don't think the recipes mentions, but toast the bread before and after if you like the veggie slightly warm. Yum!

This was a great easy appetizer! I used some roma tomatoes instead, and green onions and for the cheese I used the sun-dried tomato and basil mozzarella cheese and it was delicious! I will make this over and over during tomato season.

Awesome! I made this as the appetizer to Steak and Fries for my boyfriend and had it on the table when he got home from work. After toasting the bread in the oven, I put the tomato mixture ontop and toasted it for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese. I left out the basil due to cost and it still tasted great. Next time I make it, I think I will leave out the parmesan cheese and double the mozerella since the parmesan seems to get lost in the other flavors. Overall, a good solid quick recipe.!

Very good! I also added a little bit of garlic in the mix and put some on the bread after toasting! YUMMY!!

Great....I prefer to put it under the broiler or toast to get the cheese melted befor serving.
