This is an awesome recipe. It is delicious and a very light, happy springtime dessert. I have made this cake a few times and it is completely devoured. I have also made the frosting for my son's first birthday so that the frosting wouldn't be too sweet and it was wonderful! A wonderful recipe that I will use over and over again!

I made this cake for my daughter's First Communion (omitted the strawberries on top, and replaced with writing and candy flowers). I got many compliments on it. Thank you :)

Everyone loved this cake, a very light tasting cake. I had a little bit of a hard time with making the swirls. They all thought I bought the cake at the bakery because it came out just like the picture!!!

This cake was absolutely a winner! My entire family loved this caked and it was delicous, especially with fresh and sweet strawberries. At first I had problems with swirling the two batters togeter and my cake was all pink, but the second time it was much better. I have officially been assigned to bake this cake for every family function!

The best! Everyone always wants the recipe! I've found that the strawberry part of the cake breaks easily when touching the pan, so I pour in the white cake batter first to coat the bottom of the pan, then drop spoonfuls of the strawberry and use a knife to swirl...no problems with breaking!
