Great spring/summer main dish salad; just add muffins and fresh fruit. I substituted Kraft Reduced-Calorie Asian Toasted Sesame dressing instead - loved it! Don't leave out the lemon peel, it's wonderful! Also good served as a side salad - I just omit the shrimp.

Made this for a party and everyone loved it. I omitted the tomatoes and added sliced red pepper. Also used a combination of italian and balsamic salad dressing.

I've made this for several picnics and even for my bridal shower and its always a big hit. It's a change from the usual boring pasta salad. Everyone loves shrimp!

This dish was very good. But I made it as a dish for dinner. Not a good idea. The flavor of the dish is great but you can only eat so much before the taste gets kind of ... old. It would make an excellent dish for a party (as a side dish) but not very good to eat in large quantities.

The light zesty italian dressing does not have enough flavor to enjoy this recipe. If I make it again I will use a more flavorful dressing.
