I made this recipe for a huge 4th of July party at my brother's house. It was so last minute, I went to the grocery store, purcased the couple of items and it was ready for transport in 3 hours. I do suggest mixing in the dressing at the last minute. I doubled the recipe and it was fantastic!! All the extended Italian family members raved about it!! I will be making this again this summer for sure.

Was a wonderful pasta salad. Everyone wanted the recipe. Touch of lemon in the dressing was just right.

This recipe was awesome. I made it for a Mother's Day party my friends and I threw and this dish was a HIT!!!! I will make it again for Memorial day!!!

I used Mexican Crumbles & also spritzed the shrimp with lemon juice. I made this ahead of time to have the various herbs marinate. I also prefer salads cold. This is a keeper. Wonderful!

This was great! I made one change. Since I couldn't find asparagus, I used fresh green beans instead.

The recipe was easy to prepare and yet had great taste, I prefer it served chilled. I have used shrimp and chicken, both were equally tasty.
