Quick-Fix Beef Burrito Skillet

Quick-Fix Beef Burrito Skillet recipe
It’s the savory goodness of a beef burrito with the ease of an all-in-one dinner. Let everyone top it off their own way with fresh lettuce, ripe tomato and creamy avocado.

The sliminess of this dish was so overpowering, that is was very difficult to keep down! It was easy to make, but if I ever decided to do it again, I'd skip the tortillas and just throw some Fritos on top with the sour cream.

I have made this dish twice so far for my family and it is a big hit. I also have given the recipe to several co-workers who all loved it also. The onlything I did differently is the cut of the tortillas. I cut mine more like noodles.

Quick, easy, and VERY tasty. Had only 1/2 cup of Salsa on hand, so used part tomatoe sauce and added a teaspoon of Chili powder. Worked fine. Makes a BIG amount......for only two I'd cut it at least in half.

Loved it! I too used black beans and I like the idea of adding corn. I served mine over spanish rice and toped it with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, green onion, extra cheese, sour cream and jalepenos. I will deffinetly make again!
