Made this tonight, was DELICIOUS!! Used ground turkey, substituted black beans instead of kidney beans, cooked some chopped onion with the meat. Added Mexican corn & instead of regular tortillas in the pan, used tortillas chips on plate & added mixture on top with sour cream, green onions, & chopped tomatoes. Hubby LOVED it & have enough left over for another meal!

Very good and easy to make! Will make again but next time I will change the kidney beans to black beans and not use a whole can.

I made this last night for supper. Picky husband loved it! I replaced the kidney beans with black beans and con queso dip instead of salsa. It was delicious! The only thing I would change is next time I will cut the tortilla smaller (1/2 inch instead of 1&1/2 inch)

Quick and easy with great taste. Instead of the kidney beans I used black beans and it turned out great. I also put it in the oven for a little to crisp up the tortillas

My husband, son & I loved this! I did add a can of Green Giant Mexicorn. The only other change I made was I cut the tortillas into 1/2 inch pieces instead of 1&1/2 inches. These were both suggestions of other reviewers. I will definitely make it again!
