If you buy the Taco Bell soft taco dinner kit, you will get the tortillas (more than you need), the seasoning, and the salsa, and it'll cost less than if you buy those things separately.

I used whole wheat tortillas instead of regular.. and used lowfat refried beans in place of kidney beans (watch that it doesn't get too hot, the beans will burn). I also added black olives.. spooned it over a bed of lettuce and topped with sour cream. It was yummy and super easy to make!

I substituted 1/2 cup corn for 1/2 of tortillas and omitted the sour cream and used 1/2 the cheese. I also substituted 1/2 grd turkey. I baked the tortillas and served on top I made it the original the first time and mine the second.

Excellent! I've made similar recipes in the past, but this was much tastier (I think it was the addition of salsa). I will definately make this again, great for families with picky eaters and/or evenings when you need something quick. Just don't forget to add a side of veggies (mexi-corn goes very well.)

Finally, a recipe I can rave about. This recipe has the perfect combination of flavors and is so easy and quick to fix. It is appropriately named. I will most certainly include this in my meal rotation. It is definitely a five-star recipe. Thanks.

For our family of 6, I doubled the recipe and used one can of black beans and one can of the kidney beans. Even my picky 7 yr old liked it!

Outside of the fact it was absoulutly the simples thing I have made for dinner in a long time, my husband thought it was "awesome" and we both throughly enjoyed it!
