We just had this for dinner tonight and everyone loved it! Since I am on Weight Watchers, I did make some substitutions to make it healthier: I used Boca Meatless Ground Burger instead of beef, low sodium taco seasoning mix, low carb tortillas, 2 % cheese and fat free sour cream. My husband added a little cayenne to his to kick it up a bit. This was very easy and I will make it again.

This was a hit from even the pickiest eater. Was even faster as I had some frozen taco meat from the last time we had tacos.

Excellent Recipe!! I used ground turkey--my husband and I both enjoyed it and will definately be making it again.

This easy, one-pan dinner is a winner in this house. I have made it several times and made different additions. Like sliced black olives and more cheese! I also like to stretch these kind of meals by the addition of veggies.

I added cumin and paprika; also 3 Tbsp of red wine. With 5 minutes of cooking time left I also added 1 C of fresh chopped broccoli. This made the meal complete, my whole family loved it!! I will definately make again.

I like this recipe, I make mine with a twist. I brown the meat and such, then I put taco shells, the meat, refried beans, salsa and cheese in a 9x13 pan and bake it for about 10 minutes. It's the same concept I guess.

I'VE MADE THIS RECIPE BUT USE GROUND WHITE MEAT TURKEY INSTEAD OF BEEF. THE FLAVOR IS DELICIOUS AND A REAL CROWD PLEASER.
