My family really likes the crispy chicken in this. I was surprised but this salad was a hit with them!

This was easy to make and easy to alter to suit everyones tastes. Will definately make again! I did it with italian dressing and lots more veggies. Thanks!

As a change use Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese. Makes nice change to same salad.

Very simple, delicious, and not fussy. My husband is usually a meat and potatoes guy, and he really liked this. I would definately make this again.

Well, I changed a few things.Time was saved by heating cooked breaded chicken fillets in the microwave. Instead of red lettuce, I used baby spinach. In place of the cheese, I used yellow pepper and corn. My dressing was a combination of Philadelphia Whipped Garlic and Herb with equal parts of fat-free sour cream. But I followed the basic idea and it was great!!!
