What a great weekday dish! So easy and so good. Our 4 year old daughter gobbled it up which surprised us as she can be quite "picky". I used diced tomatoes which worked very well and kept the pieces "kid-friendly". May add a dash of garlic powder to the meat next time and try it with the Deluxe dinner. My best friend came over after supper and tried it and she loved it too. She is not a "casserole" person either. She's going to make it for her family as well. This will be on our family's menu often.

I made this quick dish for my family's dinner. It was great and very simple. I added bellpepper to this dish. My kids loved it, and asked for seconds. I will make this in the future again.

First of all, the magazine recipe calls for the Kraft Deluxe Mac n Cheese dinner vs the skinny Kraft mac noodles so I used that. Regardless it was a hit. Very kid friendly (although ate around tomatoes). Our 6 year old said it was really good. Reheated well for next day lunches too! will make again.

Its quick, easy & tastes great. There's never any around for leftovers. I like to use different flavored stewed tomatos, garlic & onion, or tomatos with green chiles.

It lacked the pizzazz I was hoping for, but nothing a little salt and pepper can't fix. It was easy and yummy. I'll make it again!

My children loved this recipe. My oldest daughter loves mac and cheese. She told me mommie I could eat this everyday. Fixed with mixed salad and garlic bread. There was not any leftovers. The children told me to double the recipe next time. Kraft thanks for the great recipes keep them coming!

I use 2% Velveeta Shells & Cheese and I also added a cup of corn. My family absolutely loves it.

I used Rotel tomatoes (only half a can as it is a bit spicy) and cumin in place of the basil. This gave it more of a mexican flavor which my family likes. I also used the Deluxe 2% Mac and Cheese! Will be making this again.
