Great basic recipe to build on and adjust to your family's tastes. Thanks to other reviews, I added onion and garlic. Used Italian seasoning and a little seasoned salt and mixed in half of the cheese into the casserole and sprinkled other half on top. Chop tomatoes or use diced if you don't like big chunks. Husband topped his with mustard. Enjoyed this dish very much and will make again. Very budget friendly.

my daughter loves it. I added taco seasoning to the beef as others suggested and it made it tastier.

Clean plates! Hard to get sometimes when I cook plus plenty enough for lunch during the week as well.

I have made this recipe about three times now and my family and I really like it. The only thing that wasn't liked about this recipe was the big chunks of stewed tomatoes. Otherwise, this recipe has been added to my collection of go-to recipe staples.

very easy, loved it as did the family. I might spice it up a little more, maybe with garlic pepper and basil.

Very easy to put together. My husband & I both liked it & would eat it again. I think it would be good to add a little chopped onion when cooking the ground beef. Will try that next time.

I love this, I grew up with it. I also make one that I swap the hamburger for kielbasa and for some reason we like it with the shells (still Kraft Mac) instead.

I made this at least once a month during the Fall and Winter. I add Italian bread crumbs to the mix, use Italian seasoning instead of just oregano, and sometimes I add mushrooms. It's an excellent comfort food and I'm sure even a picky eater would enjoy it!
