This was an excellent all in one meal that was no fuss at all to make.
I even added half a fresh onion, a clove of garlic and sprinkled a tablespoon of all purpose seasoning, (a mix of salt, onion, celery, garlic, chillies and thyme), when browning the meat to heighten the already delicious flavour.
On my next try, I will also add one green pepper to it.
