What You Need

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2

tsp. chili powder

flour tortillas (6 inch)

3/4

lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

step 1

MIX salsa, dressing and chili powder; spread onto tortillas.

step 2

LAYER chicken and cheese on half of each tortilla; fold over to enclose filling.

step 3

HEAT large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges to serve.

Definitely a crowd pleaser at my house! I love it just the way it is, but I also like it revved up with black beans, corn, and cilantro in the mix, as well! Super easy, quick, and not expensive!

This recipe was very quick and delicious. It's the perfect weekend lunch! I really liked the salsa spread, it would probably be good even as a dip. Definitely making this one again!

it was super easy and quick to make. i think i would want more veggies in my quesadillas though, like bell peppers, jalapenos, etc. but those could easily be added to this recipe!

We make this at least once a week in this house! I was a little hesitant about using Miracle Whip since I don't like it but it really gives it great flavor! I even made this for a very picky 9 year old relative and got 2 thumbs up!

my husband and i both loved it. very easy and i plan on putting different things in it. we were really surprized that it tasted so much better than the resturant ones.
