What You Need

1/2

cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa

Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

1/2

tsp. chili powder

flour tortillas (6 inch)

3/4

lb. cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Make It

step 1

MIX salsa, dressing and chili powder; spread onto tortillas.

step 2

LAYER chicken and cheese on half of each tortilla; fold over to enclose filling.

step 3

HEAT large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add quesadillas, 2 at a time; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides. Repeat with remaining quesadillas. Cut each quesadilla into 3 wedges to serve.

I made this for the very first time and they turned out wonderful! Even better than what I've had in restaurants! Will definitely make these again.

I use ALOT more salsa and add some onion.

I don't like Mexican food and am not a big fan of chicken; however, I made this at my husband's request. I bought chicken strips already cooked. Everyone, including me, loved this. My 3 year old who won't eat anything even ate some.

This was a huge hit in our house! Everyone loved it! I left out the salsa and offered it on the side for dipping. The Miracle Whip/Chili powder mix gave it a nice twist. Will make this again and again!

Made this tonight for dinner and EVERYONE liked it! This does not happen often. Husband, myself, very picky 5 year old and 2 year old twins----- No leftovers. Kids did only have chicken and cheese in theirs; but dipped in salsa/miracle whip combo. Served with sour cream and guacamole on the side. Also refried beans.This is a "keeper" to quote my boys!!
