Speedy Salsa-Chicken Quesadillas

Wow! these are so easy and so good! I plan to try them with beef next. I highly recommend these if you are looking for a quick to make meal. Even my kids who are picky eaters loved these

This was sooooo good!!! This is my new favorite dinner!!! My husband actually cooked it, but he didn't complain it was hard to cook so that's a plus!!I am still telling him how good it was 2hours later!!

A new family favorite on the weekly menu rotation - VERY easy and quick, and so much better than the ones in restaurant! Use pre-cooked chicken breast and Kraft 2% milk shredded cheddar - sauteed some mushrooms and onions to put in the adults' portions. My 10-year old LOVED them and so did me and my husband. The miracle whip was just the right ingredient, made it snazzy. Try it you'll love it! Recipe is very easy to customize with your favorite fillings!

I used mayonaise instead of miracle whip. I wasn't sure if I should even use it because quesadillas are good with out it but I am so glad that I put it in. These were so delicious. I will never make without mayo again.

Took to mexican theme potluck- very good. I added chopped green onions and green chilies to sauce. Grandkids enjoyed too. Will make again.

This recipe was quick & easy. The miracle whip gave it a twang. I diced up the chicken and added the chicken and the cheese to the mix for easy preparation. I used med-low heat and just a couple minutes on each side. The sauce is really easy to make ahead for later!

Great and easy! My 4 year old really loved being able to help make this and my husband said the quesadillas were better than you get in a resturant (I agreed!) To make it even easier I bought the pre-cooked chicken breast strips spiced with southwestern flavoring. It made this a snap!
