This recipe was really easy to make. I used a less sodium soy sauce to cut down on the salt. I will defintely make it again.

Love this recipe! It's great when cooked on the grill! I usually serve it with couscous and broccoli! Yum!

I loved this recipe! I've made many peanut sauce recipes and this is the ONLY one that I would make again. It really cured my thai craving. I grilled thin sliced chicken cutlets instead of skewers. I also chopped extra cilantro to sprinkle on the chicken and dipped fresh veggies in the sauce. I'm so excited about the leftovers tomorrow!

Both my husband and I really liked this recipe. I played around with the sauce ingredients to get the flavor just right for my taste. TIP....soak the skewers in water for at least 30 mins before putting the chicken on. It will keep the skewers from burning, if you don't have time put foil over the skewers leaving the chicken as the only part getting the direct heat!

I used the skewers and loved the flavor. You can even add a little crushed red pepper to get some kick with your sweet.
