This was a really great recipe. The marinade sounds odd when you read it, but the taste was great! I did not broil them, but grilled them instead. Didn't use the skewers either. Served it over brown rice with roasted asparagus- it was really good!

This was great. I actually did not use the broiler, rather just put them in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, and kept the chicken breats whole. The marinade was wonderful. My husband and i ate it for dinner and then for lunch for the next two days!

I used Kraft Free Catalina and reduced fat peanut butter to make this delicious recipe a healthier!

I made this for dinner for my family but did not have any skewers. I went ahead and broiled the chicken strips anyway...they were good. I would pound out the breast srtips next time to make them more even and might try them on the bbq grill.(I used boneless/skinless breasts cut into strips).
