Yummy cookies. I used 1/4 cup splenda for baking instead of white sugar. Tasted kind of nutty without adding nuts.

These were gone within hours of baking. I reduced the brown sugar to 1/2 C and the sugar to 1/4 C. I also used 3/4 C wheat flour and 1/2 c white flour. I substituted crasins for the raisins at the end. They worked out to be 48 calories a piece after these changes!!

These were so good! They had a little crunch, but yet they were chewy! Perfect, because my husband likes chewy and I like crunchy! They were super easy and didn't last long at our house!

My husband loved these cookies. I liked the coconut, it was a nice addition. Although, I didn't add the full amount in the recipe. I will be making these again.

These were easy and really good! I didn't have any coconut and omitting it didn't seem to hurt the cookies at all. We will be having them again!

These cookies are excellent. I added less coconut and more raisins. They were a big hit. These will definately be added to our Christmas Cookie list.
