I doubled this recipe and added 8 oz cream cheese to pudding mixture. It was a hugh hit!

I made this church and everyone loved it. I would make it again. I used cheesecake pudding and less whip cream, to bring out more flavor. Good recipe.

My only complaint about this recipe is the filling could have used more flavor so next time I'm going to use the cheescake pudding. Other than that this recipe was so easy and delicious. I used the dark fudge frosting and it really tasted like an eclair.

My mother-in-law loved this recipe and has asked that I bring it for every function now! Although the graham crackers do get soft, it still tastes great and it's such a breeze to make!

The graham crackers turned soggy after a few hours and my kids did not like this at all.

I goofed the ingredients and used lemon pudding. I also used whipped cream cheese frosting and then drizzled melted chocolate on top - YUM!

This is even better with french vanilla pudding. I find it is easier to spread the frosting on each crisp graham cracker and then place them on the cake. Add a bit more frosting to smooth out the seams. Then it is finished and ready to go.
