Everyone at the office loved this! What a great way to start a day with coffee and an eclair. Very easy to make - a favorite for sure.

My mother-in-law loved this recipe and has asked that I bring it for every function now! Although the graham crackers do get soft, it still tastes great and it's such a breeze to make!

The graham crackers turned soggy after a few hours and my kids did not like this at all.

I goofed the ingredients and used lemon pudding. I also used whipped cream cheese frosting and then drizzled melted chocolate on top - YUM!

This is even better with french vanilla pudding. I find it is easier to spread the frosting on each crisp graham cracker and then place them on the cake. Add a bit more frosting to smooth out the seams. Then it is finished and ready to go.

Oh my goodness!!! This is such an easy recipe and the taste is out of this world. There is no way to go wrong on this recipe. I will say that the longer is sits the better it is. Will be making this again! A great hit at our house.

My niece had this at her rehearsal dinner and it was one of the first items to go. What a hit! Everyone wanted the recipe.

Forgot to mention...I microwave the tub of frosting and pour it over the top of the cake....really easy!

What a fantastic dessert for after Easter dinner! My family and friends loved it. I am making in again for a luncheon for my colleagues! They need never know how simple this wonderful recipe is to make.
