I made this for our Easter supper and it was a hit. So easy to prepare ahead; just frost and serve. I will be making this again for sure. Thank you-

I made this in our RV during a recent camping trip. It was so easy, so quick and made a sweet, delicious dessert that lasted for six nights for two people... and generous servings! AWESOME!

I didn't know what chocolate frosting to put on so I used milk choco. but it was way tooo sweet. I made it again without the frosting and my family and I loved it!!

I didn't have vanilla pudding so I substituted banana cream and wow, is that great!

I microwaved the icing for about 35 seconds and then poured it over the "cake" and then refridgerated overnight. the icing came out smooth and shiny and was very easy to put on the top of the cake.

I didn't have any vanilla pudding on hand, so I used cheesecake pudding instead and topped it with chocolate coolwhip. It turned out absolutely wonderful. Will maybe try other favors next time.

This was SO good and SO easy!! You could also make as directed but omit the frosting and use cherry pie filling on top for a cherry vanilla dessert!
