I microwaved the icing for about 35 seconds and then poured it over the "cake" and then refridgerated overnight. the icing came out smooth and shiny and was very easy to put on the top of the cake.

I didn't have any vanilla pudding on hand, so I used cheesecake pudding instead and topped it with chocolate coolwhip. It turned out absolutely wonderful. Will maybe try other favors next time.

This was SO good and SO easy!! You could also make as directed but omit the frosting and use cherry pie filling on top for a cherry vanilla dessert!

This is an amazing recipe. I have been making this since I was 10 years old (for almost 20 years) and it is always a hit.

Simply put this is amazing and SO EASY! Make sure to thaw the cool whip correctly, I was impatient and stirred it. It didn't come out as fluffy but it's SO GOOD! I'll make it all the time now.

I might not put as much icing next time I make it.

This recipe is really good. My kids loved it! I made this with fat-free milk, sugar-free pudding and fat-free cool whip. It turned out really good. I will defintely make this again.

I add 1/2 package of philladephia cream cheese, melt some semisweet chocolate and put it in the ziplock, when a little bit cool, drop it on top of the cake...what a different....yummy!
