Very easy. Could use different flavored puddings for a variation.

TRIPLED THE RECIPE. USED 1 VANILLA PUDDING, 1 WHITE CHOCOLATE PUDDING AND 1 FRENCH VANILLA PUDDING. DID NOT USE FROSTING TO TOP. USED MELTED DARK AND WHITE CHOCOLATE AND DESIGNED SWIRLS. HAVE MADE IT SEVERAL TIMES. IS NOW A REQUESTED DESSERT THAT IS THE FIRST THING FINISHED FROM THE DESSERT TABLE.

Very easy. I took it to a family gathering and there wasn't any left. I will make it again soon.

I made this recipe for a family reunion, thinking it might last the weekend with everyone else bringing desserts. My cousins son finished it off the first night.

I love this recipe! It's easy and it has always turned out great! I actually microwave the frosting for about 20-30 seconds so I can just pour it on. It's easier that way and it looks more smooth and shiny like ganache!

This is great. Not nearly as pretty as the picture but no one really cares... as long as I dish it out! It was delicious and couldn't be simpler or quicker.

This is so simple and so good! I make it with sugar-free pudding and it still tastes amazing!

My mom has made this dessert since I was a little girl and it is my all time favorite! So delicious!! Instead of canned chocolate frosting, make it like this: Melt 2 squares baking chocolate & 3 Tbsp. margarine. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla, 1&1/2 cups confectioner's sugar, 3 Tbsp. milk, and 2 Tbsp. Light Karo syrup. Mix and spread on top of graham crackers. (If too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more confectioner's sugar). This frosting is based on doubling the recipe, i.e using a 9x13" pan. Finally, the graham crackers are supposed to be soft! It's best in my opinion when refrigerated 12-24 hrs. in advance.

I've made it for years but use blueberry pie filling for the topping. Next time will try chocolate.
