I made this recipe again. I think it is good, but it seems to be missing something. I added garlic salt, but that wasn't it (not bad though). If anyone has any recomendations, PLEASE post!

I tried this recipe the first time I ever made meatballs and it came out pretty good. As I experimented alittle more I omitted the Ritz crackers and replaced them with bread crumbs. I put Italian seasoning, garlic salt, and chilli powder in mine as well. Make the meatballs pretty small caust they are easier to eat that way.

I think these would be better on spaghetti than on a bun

I used the meatballas for spaghetti. It lacked flavor and needed something else. Overall, my family enjoyed it.

I, too, have made this recipe on several occasions with rave reviews. After years of grueling and failed meatball attempts, this one was easy, fast, tasty, and did I say easy?? After baking, drain them on paper towels and then place in a pan with spaghetti sauce and voila--Dee-Lish! (Don't forget the cheese and your special toppings--we like lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions, like Subway!)

This meatball recipe was easy to make, My husband doesn't care for meatballs but enjoyed this recipe. I did not make the sandwich, it was our main coarse for the dinner. I did use shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese.
