I used a few of the modifications - 2TBS of Horseradish, 2 TBS of Mayo, 1 TSB of Worcestershire, and Old Bay seasoning. It was very good and had a great flavor. The only thing that I would do differently is to spend the extra time chopping the shrimp by hand and not using a food processor. The shrimp was a little too small and made more of a paste than I would have preferred. Really good for it being the first time I made this. I'll definitely try it again! It tastes great!
