Not much for leftovers, let me tell ya! I had to double the recipe, and I do believe that this one is going on the "make again mom please" list!

I really liked this recipe. Pork was fine when cooked as directed, and the sauce was the right consistency when mixed with noodles and veggies. I did cook it a little longer than suggested. This was a quick meal with good flavor that I will make again.

I really liked this, the sauce thickened just fine, the pork was tender and I thought it was even good the next two days! Note I saved the remaining chicken broth from the can and added a little to each leftover serving before putting in the fridge so when I reheated it was still saucy!

The pork was not tender and the sauce never thickened. Not very good taste either.

The pork wasn't tender and didn't have a lot of taste(even though I salt/peppered it) I'll try this recipe with chicken next time..and add more sauce. It should be way better then!

I liked it. The look of the sauce was not great. We are not big fans of balsamic vinaigrette. The taste and texture was good. It was quick and easy.

I'm sorry, but this recipe was gross...no other words, but just plain gross. It made me wonder if the person who made this recipe has ever tasted alfredo sauce..... My family couldn't even stand the smell of it (my windows are still open all around the house to air it out) and when we all took a bite, we called for pizza right away.

I found the cream cheese to be overpowering . would use less if I made again I am sure you can use several different "add ins" to make it more unique.
