These were great! But, I did make a few alterations. I used buttermilk instead of milk and per someones suggestion (that it needed some herbs, I used garlic salt, instead of table salt, and added 1 tsp. dried chopped onions to the milk, letting it soak, while I mixed up the dough. If I had chives I would have added them (1/2 tsp.)as well. I did'nt use the cream cheese, because the biscuits were good enough without it. They turned out nice and flaky.

My family absolutely loved these biscuits. I used grated sharp cheddar cheese. The biscuits were light and flaky, with a great flavor. Now whenever I bake biscuits , these are what the family asks for!!

Great biscuits! I used sharp cheddar cheese and just a dash of red pepper. Served it with the Quick and Creamy Chicken Stew. Wow!

I made the recipe and added some mixed herbs, about 1/2 tsp, and it did improve the flavor. They smell great but lack something in taste. My 3 children remarked that they tasted like the little cheese crakers. Something is missing.

I was excited to make these, but was very disappointed in the final product. The flavor was minimal, and I even added craisins. I was so surprised by the let-down, that I watched the video to see what I had done wrong - nothing. The cheesy biscuit idea is great, but I will look for a different recipe.

i made it with garlic and chives and some buttermilk instead of the regular liquid and everyone loved them!
