Seemed a little dry, but with some butter they weren't bad

Very tasty. I used 2% cheese and would not do that again. Not moist enough. Would also brush the top with butter before baking, would make them more moist.

Tell Jgoeckel that she should add some crushed garlic to this recipe, it will make it moist and it is also great if you ad petite cubed ham, there are lots of things you can do with this recipe, like making it into a whole meal, not just a biscuit. Also try jalapeno jam or spread on them, ummm ummm good! We love them and I make them quite often.

This was okay. The flavor was really good but they were just too dry. I'll try again and find something to do differently.

I have tried a couple other cheddar biscuit recipes and this one is the best by far! I could not believe how fluffy they turn out. Using cream cheese spread as a topper is a genuis idea. I will make this again and again and again...

These biscuits are delicious! They are just like the biscuits served at restaurants. We make them all the time, and just add fresh garlic to mix to give them a little more flavor.

These were pretty dry and not very flavorful.
