I made this while we were watching football.. It was a great snack.. I used Monteray Jack Cheese instead of blue cheese and I baked it in the oven for 10-15 min. on 350 instead of microwaving..It turned out great!! I will make again.

Quick, easy, and delicious. It has all the taste of a hot wing without eating the hotwing.

Very Good. I used can chicken which is much easier and tastes fine. I added a little more wing sauce then recipe called for to give it a better buffalo flavor.I also subsituted a layer of ranch dressing over the chicken and sauce layer and then put shredded cheddar over that and heated for 10 minutes in the oven till throughly warmed. Served with Tostito scoops.

I made this on a large scale for a party so I had to cut down the price. I used canned chicken instead of what it called for. It stilled turned out excellent. A wonderful crowd pleaser.

I could not find either of the suggested chicken products, so I bought a boneless chicken breast, pounded it and grilled it myself. Then I chopped it. I also made it ahead of time, kept it covered in the fridge over night and stuck it in the microwave right before we left. It was really very easy(even easier if you can find the prepared chicken) it was delicious with the wheat thins! YUM I would make this again.

We used plain old BBQ sauce - turned out well. Will try as a spread on bagels next time.
