Good flavor although I used two small garlic cloves minced instead of the garlic powder. But it is dry. I think the suggestion of the other reviewers of using sour cream would definitely enhance this recipe. Wanted to make it in its original form the first time, I will make again but with the SC change.

Extremely delicious, and SO EASY. I have made this for several get togethers and it always disappears.

Yummy! The cream cheese is layered on the bottom, but when I get it on my plate I like to mix it with the top layer. The second time I made a double batch and had to microwave it for a long time, which I didn't like. Next time I make it I am going to use fresh garlic and bake it in the oven to see if it improves the flavor. P.S. I like to use stone ground corn tortilla chips instead of wheat thins.

Excellent recipe! I used canned artichoke hearts instead of the jar and sometimes I used Monterey Jack cheese instead of mozzarella. This recipe is always a party pleaser!

I didn't have mozzarella chesse, so I subsituted it with colby and monterey jack cheese. My family didn't really like it that much. Next time I think I would use less spinach.

I make this dip with fat free cream cheese. No one can tell the difference just add more seasonsing. If you happen to have leftovers, this recipe is easily modified into a pasta dish. Just add a 1 cup milk, and a 1/2 cup butter melt together with extra dip on the stove. Add pasta (I use whole wheat). And presto healthy quick dinner.
