PHILLY Mediterranean Dip

Perfect for parties and tailgating! Never once have I brought any home. "A truly authentic greek dip", according to someone w/ Greek heritage!!!

Family LOVED it!!! Couldnt find the dressing as suggested so used Red Wine Vinegrette and it went within an hour!! YUMMY!! :)

This dip went very quickly at a party full of pickey eaters. EAsy to make.

Have made and taken to 2 different occasions and was a hit at both.

I made this for a get together over the weekend and wanted something quick (it was very humid and hot). this dish was so refreshing and went quickly. I would definately make it again and I took the advice from the other reviews and added a little milk to the cream cheese.

This was so good! I took it to a birthday party and we were scraping the dish for more. Another review said the cheese was stiff on the bottom, so I mixed the cream cheese with a little milk and beat it with a mixer and that made it much easier to 'scoop' without breaking the crackers. I think I gave the recipe out to 4 people!

The combination of the ingredients is delicious! It was so quick and easy, and great to make for last-minute company. However, the cheese was a bit stiff on the bottom for my taste. It was a bit hard for guests to help themselves, since it didn't flow nicely off the spoon. I will definitely make this again, but may thin out the cheese a bit with some milk and a hand mixer.
