Recipe is simple but delicious. To marinate is to pour the first item on the fish. Where everyone came up with A1 is very suprising and would never use on fish.

jimant60 - the "marinade" is the Italian Dressing that you put the fish in and let it marinade in the fridge.

To jimant60. the marinade is the salad dressing. Let the fish sit in the salad dressing to "marinate" it.

This isn't a review either but a response to jimant60 - the marinade referred to in the recipe is the balsamic dressing. If you read the instructions, it states that you pour the dressing over the fish and allow it to "marinate". That means in the dressing...

This is not a rating but in reading the reviews, Where is the Marinade in the ingredients people refer to??? There isn't any mention of marinade except in the directions where you marinate with the salad dressing. Someone stated they couldn't find the A1 Marinade? It isn't even mentioned!

This is the first time I've cooked fish and it turned out great! Easy recipe for beginner cooks like myself. I didn't taste the dressing too much so i will defiantly let it marinate for at least and hour next time. The peanut/cilantro/oil(i used sunflower oil, worked fine)/garlic mixture was tasty and smelled great! I made rice and dinner bread to go along feed 3 people for under 8 dollars and had enough left over for my lunch tomorrow. Great recipe!

A little bland. Added Old Bay's & garlic salt. Loved the nuts though!

We liked this a lot. I needed to leave it in longer than called for, but it turned out very good. Definitely will make it again.

This was ok. It wasn't as bad as everyone had claimed but wasn't SPECTACULAR. We used Orange Roughy and it turned out well. Very easy to make though.
