Very good! Great flavor and SO easy!!! I found small bags of already chopped mixed nut topping at the store, so I just grabbed that to make it even easier. I like a lot of flavor, so after marinating, I added a few extra squirts of the marinade on the fish right before baking and then added the nut mixture. Turned out great!
This recipe ROCKS!!! I love Tilapia and eat it at least 3 times a week! Between my 2 sons and myself there were no leftovers! Didn't change a thing on the recipe. SUPERB as is!!!

Didn't have peanut oil, used veg. oil everything still tasted delicious!!!! Perfect for a light dinner, with some salad, warm veggies or rice:)

This is a great recipe! They didn't have the marinade at our store - I bought a Lemon, Garlic, Rosemary marinade and it was great. Love the nuts and cilantro topping! Will definitely make again. Also served with the Lemon Asparagus Risotto - perfect together.
This recipe is fantastic and very healthy. My boyfriend loved it. They didn't have the marinade at the store, so I made my own marinade (a lot of lemon, a little bit of olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, rosemary) and marinated it for 30 minutes or so. It really tastes great with walnuts and almonds as well. I will try next time with pistachios.
This fish recipe is so fabulous I have served it four times now! My husband loves it! Try it with another dish I found on kraft called Creamy Lemon-Asparagus Risotto. It compliments the fish wonderfully!
