Probably the best homemade cheesecake I've ever made or eaten. Everyone I've made it for loves it, too.

I will be making this real soon. For the person who said that they had to throw half of it away, just make half the recipe next time. everyone gets a piece and then it's gone and no mushy stuff.

I make this with a frozen mix of blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. This is one of my favorite SC summertime treats. Really good with a pretzel crust too.

Easy to make, came out excellent with many rave reviews and requests for the recipe. Next time I do't plan to use the foil because it will be easier to serve directly from the pan. When serving, I topped it with fresh berries & a dollop of Whipped Cream on the side of the plate.

I was very dissapointed with the taste of this dessert. I was hoping for more of a berry taste but all I could taste was sweetned cream cheese. I will try some of your suggestions and see how it turns out.

I have been making a similar dessert for years, I made up the recipe when I needed something different and could'n find a recipe. I add a small box of strawberry or raspberry Jell-O that I mixed using a quarter cup less water than called for and let it get soft set then mixed it in with the cream cheese and cool whip. I use powdered sugar instead of granulated it comes out smoother. I usually only use strawberries since that is what my family likes. This is a very easy, light refreshing dessert.

This is such a simple recipe to follow and everyone loves this cool summertime favorite. I have changed it up a little by using different fruit as well. Try it and you'll see why its a huge hit and one of our favorites

I made this for a dinner at my grandparents because it was easy and different. We all enjoyed it but sadly the leftover that I had which was about half of it, are ruined. For some reason the crust became mushy and soaked, I had to throw the other half away. I followed the recipe exactly. It was ultimately a huge waste of money, buying the ingredients and only really getting half of them. I wont be making this again, sad because it does taste good. The recipe obviously has to be changed!
