Brew House Baby Back Ribs recipe

Ah, there's the rub. Hints of cocoa with a kick of cayenne, to be exact. Add a hot grill and beer-based BBQ sauce and these ribs sing.

The cooking method was great, but the cocoa was overwhelming. We even scraped it off and it was still too much. Next time, I will either leave out the cocoa or just use a little bit.

This was really good! I used pork chops instead of ribs and didn't bake them before grilling. I was really skeptical about the cocoa, but my famil really liked it. I also didn't have the guiness bbq sauce on hand so I used another brand. I would definitely make this again!

We prepared 4 racks of pork ribs and there were none left. We were not able to purchase the BBQ sauce so selected others to try. All the other sauces complemented the chocolate which gave the ribs a rich taste. My son has asked for these weekly since. Fantastic.

I have made this twice my husband and his friends were fighting over the last piece ! I didnot use the coco powder just because I didn't have any and we used BBQ sauce that we get at our fav. wing place on it

Very tasty. I was a little leery of the ingredients going well together but it was yummy. Not a very strong BBQ taste...especially if you skimp on basting on the BBQ sauce it ends up tasting like chocolate covered ribs. So don't be afraid of putting on the sauce it compliments the seasonings very well and tastes great.

The ribs were tender and have a wonderful barbecue taste to them.

This was so easy to make. Very yummy and sticky, just the way ribs should be. Be careful of burning on BBQ.
