I like to watch my calorie and sugar intake so I made this with sugar free/fat free pudding, sugar free kool whip. I put the pudding layer in little custard cups and topped with the sherbert layer and froze them. When they were frozen I wrapped them in saran and foil wrap and had a great dessert ready at any time that had very few calories and very little sugar. I will try different puddings and sherberts for a variety. Thank you for a great recipe.

I made this to bring to work for a co-workers birthday. Everyone loved it. I added manderin oranges between the layers.

I made it in individual cupcake liners - but just set a 'Nilla wafer in the bottom. No need to crush, no extra calories from the butter. A great way to have even the youngest kids help. I made it for a volunteer appreciation party and used all varieties of sherbet - what a pretty platter of goodies - and you can let your imagination run wild with decorations - raspberries, thinly sliced limes, mint leaves, a dollop of Cool Whip sliced fresh strawberries . . .
