Made with raspberry sherbert. Good, just very messy. Would probably only make for hot summer days.

This was a delightful finale to the heavy Mexican food meal I made. Everyone raved about it. It's nice to find something different for a change.

This tasted really good. Maybe it was the brand of sherbet I used, but they were either melting or so frozen they were difficult to cut. I will definitely make again, but with a different brand of sherbet!
