This is a new and excellent idea to compliment some vegetables with dinner... it looks really nice and is not as scary as the traditional salad... it's just perfect!

This is SO good! This is best when allowed to marinate in the fridge for a couple hours before serving. Used a sprinkle of dried basil on each instead of the fresh and it was wonderful. Definately a summer time staple!

I had many favorable comments on this 'stacker'. I have since made it many times over just for myself!

Excellent!! We had a BBQ, with kids, and everyone loved it. My husband ask me at the end of the night if we had any left and said sorry but I will make more. I love the magazine and the wonderful ideas and recipes.

Is this supposed to be an appetizer? It definitely is not anything I'd make for my family. There should be healthy recipes that the kids would enjoy eating, too. Being the cook of a large household, I will not even attempt this recipe because: 1. Children don't like onions, and 2. Most children don't like tomatoes with onions, not to mention something that looks pulled off a tree, either. It might be tasty, but could be eaten in 1-2 bites, not for children.
