I first made this for my daughters Luau pool party and all the girls loved it. I have made it many more times this summer to serve next to fresh fruit and vanilla cookies.

I made this for a party and everyone really liked it. People even asked for the recipe. I like the lime flavor; I think it's a good contrast with fruit.

The cream cheese stayed a little "chunky", next time I will beat it more... other than that this recipe was great! Deffinately making agian soon.

It had a nice zing to it. I used it like a dressing over fruit salad for a shower. I added some lime zest for a little more punch to it.

The lime flavor was way to over powering for my taste.

Immediately after making this (very easy) recipe, I tasted it and thought that the limeade concentrate was too overpowering. I covered it and put it in the fridge and, the next day when I brought it out, the flavours had mellowed. It was amazing! A definite keeper on my favourits list.
