Very good. They didn't fall apart at all for me, and were super moist. I did think they needed a little salt. I used ground round.

I USED GROUND TURKEY FOR THIS RECIPE AND MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED THEM. THE TACO BELL SEASONING GAVE THEM A REALLY GOOD TASTE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THEY DID FALL APART WHEN I WENT TO TURN THEM OVER. I DIDN'T USE THE GRILL. WILL DEFINATELY TRY AGAIN.

I used turkey instead of beef, I would not recomend, Next time I will use the beef. I used my inside forman grill, but did not shut the lid. they cooked up great. I also added garlic to the meat mixture.

Kids didn't like the flavor and it didn't look very appealing either. First thing it did when I tried to flip it the first time was fall apart. Trying to take it off the grill wasn't easy either because it was a crumbly mess. It was moist, and not a bad flavor for an adult, but maybe it was TOO moist. I put homemade guacamole on top to help glue it back together.
