I used pico salsa instead, added cilantro instead of basil, some lime zest and juice, and a sprinkle of sugar, and of course the mozzerella cheese. It was so delicious! My husband was very impressed with the flavor, and it was very fresh. Definitely will make it again with the tomato/basil combo, but I want to keep experiementing with what I can top my chicken with!
