Grilled Chicken Wraps

Chicken breasts are tossed with Italian dressing, chopped tomatoes and cheese and then wrapped in tortillas in this easy recipe for the grill.

What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts

tsp. oil

cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

tomato, chopped

Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

tsp. chili powder

flour tortillas (8 inch)

Make It

HEAT grill to medium heat.

BRUSH chicken with oil. Grill 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165ºF); cool slightly. Cut into strips; place in medium bowl.

ADD cheese, tomatoes, dressing and chili powder; mix lightly. Spoon down centers of tortillas. Fold in opposite sides of tortillas; roll up burrito-style.

GRILL wraps, seam-sides down, 8 to 9 min. or until golden brown, turning after 5 min.

Variation

Save 50 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving by preparing with KRAFT 2% Milk Mexican Style Shredded Cheese and KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing.

Shortcut

Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips for the grilled fresh chicken, cut into strips.

Substitute

Prepare using regular KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese.

Yum Yum! These were a little hard to roll but so good! We use the Foreman grill because it was a little too cold outside and they turned out great.

It was very good. The only problem I had was the chunks would fall down into the grill. It might also be good with ranch dressing instead of italian.

Very tasty, with minimal ingredients. I didn't have a tomato, so I chopped up some sun-dried tomatoes instead. Very yummy! I increased the recipe roughly by half, and it fed two hungry sons (18 & 20) and two adults. I think next time I'll double the recipe, and I might add chopped black olives to the mixture. Topping with salsa would be good also. Will definitely make again.
